place4BRICS is a London based network of entrepreneurs and investors (Venture Capital and Private Equity) that are from, involved or interested in opportunities in BRICS countries.

The fifth BRICS summit takes place in Durban in a few days and Africa will be a key talking point. There are rumours of the creation of a BRICS development bank to support development in emerging economies. This is quite interesting given the latest developments in Cyprus and the European Union.

Main objectives:
• Creating value through the creation of a global marketplace for services.
• Open monthly networking events for technology entrepreneurs from or interested in doing business in Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa
• Meet-up every second Wednesday of the month. Open networking and quarterly themed seminars with presentations and networking
• Attendees with varied backgrounds from technologists, engineers and service providers, to investors, venture capitalists, private equity, and management consultants
• Purposeful networking to share expertise, learn and through established links, find modes of executing ideas across these countries.
